The invention relates to a stable aeolian sand base material and a construction method of a roadbed of the stable aeolian sand base material. The stable aeolian sand base material is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4-8 parts of cement, 12-32 parts of fly ash, 17-40 parts of gravel, 17-40 parts of aeolian sand, 0.0035-0.0085 part of a polymer, 0.001-0.003 part of fibers and 4.9-7.1 parts of water. The polymer is two or more of isopentenol polyoxyethylene ether, a hydrogen peroxide solution with the mass fraction of 30%, thiohydracrylic acid, acrylic acid, amino-terminated polyethylene glycol and hydroxyethyl acrylate, the base layer has good pavement performance and economic benefits, and the strength meets the requirement of a 7d-age unconfined compressive strength standard value; the stable aeolian sand material is applied to medium traffic, and the strength range of a base layer built by the stable aeolian sand material is 3.0-4.0 Mpa. The construction method can well adapt to the site construction environment and the actual situation, the construction speed is increased, the construction quality is guaranteed, and good technical popularization and application value is achieved.
本发明涉及一种稳定风积沙基层材料及其路基的施工方法,其由以下重量份比例的原料制成:水泥4‑8份,粉煤灰12‑32份,碎石17‑40份,风积沙17‑40份,聚合物0.0035‑0.0085份,纤维0.001‑0.003份,水4.9‑7.1份;所述聚合物为异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚、质量分数30%的过氧化氢溶液、巯基丙酸、丙烯酸、氨基封端的聚乙二醇、丙烯酸羟乙酯的两种或两种以上,该基层具有良好的路用性能及经济效益,强度符合7d龄期无侧限抗压强度标准值的要求,应用于中等交通,稳定风积沙材料筑成的基层强度为范围3.0~4.0Mpa。该施工方法能较好地与现场施工环境和实际情况相适应,提高了施工速度,保证了施工质量,具有很好的技术推广应用价值。
