Aeolian sand roadbed filling construction device and construction method thereof
The invention relates to an aeolian sand roadbed filling construction device which comprises two walking mechanisms, two conveying barrels and two first augers, the two walking mechanisms are located on the two sides of a roadbed area respectively, lifting mechanisms are arranged on the walking mechanisms, hoppers are arranged on the lifting mechanisms, the close ends of the two conveying barrels are obliquely arranged downwards, and the two first augers are arranged on the conveying barrels. The included angle between each conveying cylinder and the horizontal plane ranges from 30 degrees to 45 degrees, the upper end of each conveying cylinder is detachably and fixedly connected with the bottom of the adjacent hopper, the lower ends of the two conveying cylinders are detachably and fixedly connected through a connecting piece, each conveying cylinder is provided with a long-strip-shaped discharging opening, and the discharging openings extend in the axial direction of the conveying cylinders. The opening width of the discharging opening is gradually increased from the upper end of the conveying cylinder to the lower end of the conveying cylinder; the first augers are located in the conveying cylinder, one ends of the two first augers extend into the bottoms of the two hoppers respectively, and the hoppers are provided with first driving motors used for driving the first augers to rotate. The roadbed filling speed can be increased, and damage to a formed roadbed sand layer can be reduced.
