The concrete pouring method for the underwater pile hole comprises the following steps that a guide pipe and a storage hopper are connected, and the communication position of the guide pipe and the storage hopper is temporarily blocked; the target use amount of the concrete is obtained, and the storage hopper is filled with the concrete according to the target use amount of the concrete; the guide pipe is inserted into the underwater pile hole, so that the guide pipe is communicated with the underwater pile hole; and the storage hopper and the guide pipe are communicated, and the underwater pile hole is poured. The underwater pile hole is poured by temporarily blocking the communication position of the guide pipe and the storage hopper, inserting the guide pipe into the underwater pile hole and then communicating the storage hopper and the guide pipe, in the concrete pouring process, the fluidity of concrete in the storage hopper is guaranteed, when the concrete enters the guide pipe from the storage hopper, contact between the concrete and water is reduced, and the concrete pouring efficiency is improved. Therefore, the pouring quality of underwater concrete is guaranteed, and the construction quality and the construction efficiency of underwater pile holes are improved.
