Shallow foundation pit excavation method for grouting reinforcement enclosure support in pebble stratum
The invention provides a pebble stratum grouting reinforcement enclosure support shallow foundation pit excavation method which comprises the following steps: determining an excavation range to form a shallow foundation pit excavation area; a plurality of steel floral tubes arranged in a quincunx shape are sequentially inserted in the outer edge of the shallow foundation pit excavation area; grouting is conducted on the steel floral tubes arranged at intervals in sequence; grouting is conducted on the steel floral tubes in a circulating mode; the foundation pit is excavated according to the shallow foundation pit excavation area; a pebble stratum in the shallow foundation pit excavation area is excavated multiple times, and anchor rods are installed on the inner side wall of the shallow foundation pit excavation area multiple times in a matched mode; and finally, the pebble stratum in the excavation area of the shallow foundation pit is excavated to a preset position. The technical problems that the cost is increased and the construction period is long due to the fact that supporting of the shallow foundation pit of the pebble stratum still needs a large-area enclosure supporting strengthening measure are solved.
本发明提供了一种卵石地层注浆加固围护支撑浅基坑开挖方法,包括以下步骤:确定开挖范围,以形成浅基坑开挖区域;在所述浅基坑开挖区域的外沿依次插设多个呈梅花形布置的钢花管;依次对呈间隔设置的钢花管进行注浆;向各所述钢花管循环注浆;根据所述浅基坑开挖区域开挖基坑;多次开挖所述浅基坑开挖区域内的卵石地层,并配合多次在所述浅基坑开挖区域内侧壁安装锚杆;最终开挖所述浅基坑开挖区域内的卵石地层至预设位置。本发明解决了针对卵石地层浅基坑的支护仍然需要大面积的加强围护支撑措施导致成本增加、施工工期长的技术问题。
