The embodiment of the invention discloses an outer wall waterproof roll construction device which comprises a main frame body, a laying mechanism, a pressing mechanism and a power mechanism. The main frame body and a basement outer wall are arranged at intervals, and the pressing mechanism and the laying mechanism are both located between the main frame body and the basement outer wall. The output end of the power mechanism is connected with the laying mechanism; the laying mechanism comprises a coiled material mounting roller used for mounting a waterproof coiled material and a bonding assembly, and the laying mechanism is arranged to unfold the waterproof coiled material and lay the waterproof coiled material on the basement exterior wall; and the pressing mechanism is located on the lower side of the laying mechanism, one end of the pressing mechanism extends to the basement outer wall, the other end of the pressing mechanism is arranged to be in sliding connection with the main frame body, and the pressing mechanism is arranged to press the waterproof roll on the basement outer wall. The invention relates to the field of buildings, and provides an outer wall waterproof roll construction device which is lower in construction cost and higher in efficiency, saves manpower, guarantees quality and reduces potential safety hazards.
