Sulphoaluminate cement-based marine concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention provides sulphoaluminate cement-based marine concrete and a preparation method of the sulphoaluminate cement-based marine concrete. The concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 500-600 parts of sulphoaluminate cement, 200-300 parts of limestone gravel with the particle size of 6-20 mm, 600-800 parts of sea sand with the particle size of 1-5 mm, 100-200 parts of fly ash with the particle size of 0.5-1 mm, 60-120 parts of silica fume with the particle size of 3-8 microns, 30-50 parts of micron calcium carbonate, 20-30 parts of polyacrylic emulsion, 8-14 parts of a reinforcing steel bar corrosion inhibitor, 10-15 parts of an air entraining agent, 5-10 parts of a polycarboxylate water reducing agent and 250-300 parts of water. The sulphoaluminate cement-based marine concrete prepared by the scheme of the invention has the characteristics of excellent strength, durability, corrosion resistance, impermeability and the like, and can be applied to buildings of marine bridges, ports and wharfs.
