The invention discloses an offshore wind power pile periphery anti-scour solidification structure construction method which comprises the steps of solidified soil preparation, terrain sweeping and survey, protection enclosure building, solidified soil filling and protection net dismantling, a protection enclosure comprises a protection net, the protection net is pulled out within a set filling range, the protection net surrounds the set filling range by at least one circle, and the protection net is pulled out within the set filling range. The lower end of the protective net is bound with a gravity block, the gravity block sinks to the seabed surface, the upper end of the protective net is bound with a floating block, and the floating block suspends in seawater and is lower than the lower part of the workboat; and a protective net is adopted to reduce the flow speed of seabed water flow entering the filling range, then the solidified soil is filled, and the protective net is dismantled after the solidified soil is solidified. The method has the effect that the solidified soil is prevented from being washed away by seabed water flow in the filling process.
