Self-resetting viscous damper with adjustable length
The invention discloses a length-adjustable self-resetting viscous damper. The length-adjustable self-resetting viscous damper comprises a length adjusting part, a viscous damping part and a self-resetting part, prestress applied to the spring by the self-resetting part can enable the damper to have a bidirectional self-resetting function, residual deformation after an earthquake is reduced, and the prestress applied to the spring can play a role in overcoming friction force and self-resetting force in the movement process of internal elements. The length adjusting part can finely adjust the length of the damper to adapt to construction errors, and the viscous damping part consumes energy and absorbs earthquake energy. The three-section type arrangement facilitates installation and performance debugging of the damper and replacement of damaged parts, and economical efficiency is improved. Through parallel connection of the self-resetting part and the viscous damping part, controllable energy consumption and controllable self-resetting functions can be achieved at the same time in both small earthquakes and large earthquakes, so that residual deformation of the structure after the earthquakes can be remarkably reduced, and the anti-seismic performance of the structure and the recoverable function of the structure after the earthquakes can be integrally improved; and the method has a relatively wide application prospect in the field of building and bridge structures.
本发明公开一种可调长度自复位黏滞阻尼器,包括长度调节部、黏滞阻尼部与自复位部。自复位部在弹簧上施加的预应力可使所述阻尼器具有双向自复位功能,减小震后残余变形,对弹簧施加的预应力可以起到克服内部元件运动过程中的摩擦力与自复位力的作用。长度调节部可微调阻尼器长度以适应施工误差,黏滞阻尼部耗能吸收地震能量。三段式设置便于阻尼器安装与性能调试,也便于部更换损坏部件,提高经济性。通过自复位部与黏滞阻尼部并联可在小震与大震均可同时实现可控耗能与可控自复位功能实现,这样可使得震后结构的残余变形显著降低,能够整体提升结构的抗震性能与震后结构的可恢复功能,在建筑与桥梁结构领域中具有较为广阔的应用前景。
