Corresponding prefabricated integrated component processing drawings are provided for prefabrication production by integrating on-site actual construction conditions, processing factory prefabrication production conditions, construction design specification requirements and the like, and meanwhile, corresponding supporting components are designed on the inner side of the piping shaft, so that installation errors of the sleeve integrated components and longitudinal and transverse adjustment errors are conveniently reduced; laying along the circumference of the piping shaft is carried out, paying-off positioning needs to be carried out before the integrated component is installed and positioned, positioning is carried out in a diagonal double-hammer hanging mode, the sleeve integrated component is installed according to paying-off positioning, corresponding errors are adjusted through a supporting piece, the integrated component is fixed through electric welding after it is determined that no error exists, and the integrated component serves as a formwork for pouring. During pouring and after pouring is completed, point position center re-checking needs to be conducted in time, errors are avoided, and adjustment is conducted in time.
本发明公开了一种集成管井施工方法,所述施工方法适用于建筑管道井施工,是基于BIM综合布线,在土建结构施工前对管井进行专项深化设计,统一规划,综合现场实际施工条件情况、加工厂预制生产情况、施工设计规范要求等出具相应的预制集成构件加工图纸进行预制生产,同时在管道井内侧设计相应的支撑构件,便于减少套管集成构件安装误差和调节纵横向的误差,且延管道井周长敷设,在集成构件安装定位前需进行放线定位,采用对角双重锤垂吊方式进行定位,根据放线定位进行套管集成构件安装,利用支撑件调整相应的误差,确定无误后电焊固定集成构件,以集成构件作为模板进行浇筑,浇筑期间和浇筑完成后需及时进行点位中心复核,避免误差及时调整。
