The invention discloses a locking device capable of keeping the opening angle of a door and window, the locking device comprises a first rod piece and a second rod piece which are rotationally connected with each other, the first rod piece is provided with a linkage rod and a clamping structure, and the clamping structure comprises a limiting plate piece, a limiting column and a traction power source; the traction power source can pull the limiting plate to approach the linkage rod or release the limiting plate; the second rod piece is provided with a pushing and abutting piece which can push the linkage rod to slide when the second rod piece is rotated, and the pushing and abutting piece is provided with at least one locking position. The linkage rod and the second rod piece are in transmission connection through the pushing piece, when the second rod piece and the first rod piece reach a specific angle, the induction piece sends out a signal to drive the traction power source to pull the limiting plate piece to approach the linkage rod and stop the linkage rod from being away from the second rod piece, and therefore the linkage rod is locked, and the first rod piece and the second rod piece are relatively fixed; and the door frame and the door leaf are relatively fixed and kept in an open state at a certain angle.
