The invention discloses a locking device capable of keeping the opening angle of a door, the locking device comprises a first rod piece and a second rod piece which are rotationally connected with each other, the free end of the first rod piece and the free end of the second rod piece are connected with a door leaf and a door frame respectively, and a first connecting rod is provided with a linkage rod capable of sliding along the first connecting rod; the clamping structure comprises a first blocking piece capable of blocking the linkage rod from being away from the second connecting rod, and further comprises a power structure capable of releasing and locking the first blocking piece; the second connecting rod is provided with a pushing piece which can push the linkage rod to slide when the second connecting rod is rotated, and the pushing piece is provided with at least one locking position. When the second rod piece and the first rod piece reach a specific angle, the induction piece sends out a signal to drive the first blocking piece to block the linkage rod from being away from the second connecting rod so as to lock the linkage rod, and then the door frame and the door leaf are relatively fixed and are kept in an open state at a certain angle.
