The invention discloses premixed building mortar fully utilizing solid waste, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5 to 10 parts of cement, 30 to 40 parts of waste aggregate, 5 to 10 parts of colored slag, 5 to 10 parts of fly ash, 3 to 5 parts of coke hemp fiber, 3 to 5 parts of methyl cellulose ether, 1 to 3 parts of thickening agent, 1 to 3 parts of composite exciting agent, 1 to 3 parts of water reducing agent and 5 to 10 parts of water. The invention relates to the technical field of building materials. According to the premixed building mortar fully utilizing the solid waste, waste aggregate can be fully treated, so that the waste can be fully mixed with other materials, and the purposes that the waste aggregate can reach the required particle size and the prepared mortar meets the use standard are well achieved; and the situation that when solid waste is used for pre-stirring building mortar, due to insufficient crushing treatment and more solid residues in the mortar, the mortar is unqualified and cannot be used in the later period is well avoided, so that the use of the mortar is greatly facilitated.
