Highway embankment widening structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a highway embankment widening structure and a construction method thereof. The highway embankment widening structure comprises a drainage padding layer which is laid on an original embankment of an existing highway, a drainage groove is formed in the original embankment, and padding of the drainage padding layer is filled in the drainage groove; the pressure-bearing grid is laid at the upper part of the drainage padding layer; the lower parts of the supporting piles are embedded in the drainage padding layer, and the upper parts of the supporting piles are arranged in meshes of the pressure-bearing grids in a penetrating manner and extend to the upper parts of the pressure-bearing grids; the first concrete is paved on the pressure-bearing grid, the pressure-bearing grid and the multiple bearing piles are wrapped with the first concrete so as to form a hardened pavement layer in a consolidation mode, and the hardened pavement layer is flush with the pavement of the existing highway; and the filler is filled on one side, far away from the existing highway, of the drainage padding layer and the hardened pavement layer to form a slope protection. The problem that after an existing embankment is widened, the height difference of new and old pavements is prone to occurring is solved.
