The invention relates to the technical field of drainage engineering, and particularly discloses a drainage pipeline automatic flushing device which comprises a connecting base, a blocking preventing base is arranged at one end of the connecting base, a fixing base is arranged at the other end of the connecting base, and wall cleaning pipes are arranged on the two sides of one end of the fixing base. Telescopic supporting columns are arranged in the middles of the outer walls of the four faces of the fixing base, a lifting partition plate is arranged in the middle of the interior of the blocking prevention base, a control box is arranged on one side of the lifting partition plate, a pressure detector is arranged on the other side of the lifting partition plate, and a lifting connector is arranged in the middle of the bottom end of the lifting partition plate. A water blocking baffle is arranged at the bottom end of the lifting connector, the drainage pipeline is flushed through collection of drained water of a user, in rainy days, the interior of the drainage pipeline is flushed through collection of rainwater, the interior of the pipeline is automatically flushed through a follow-up device, and under flushing of water flow, sludge impurities in the drainage pipeline are easily flushed and cleaned; and the cleaning effect is better, and the application range is wider.
