The invention discloses a fabricated photovoltaic integrated wallboard structure and a construction method thereof.The fabricated photovoltaic integrated wallboard structure comprises a plurality of system units, each system unit is composed of vertical supports, leveling systems, pi-shaped keels, photovoltaic devices and heat dissipation devices, the pi-shaped keels are arranged on the two sets of vertical supports, and the photovoltaic devices are arranged on the pi-shaped keels; the pi-shaped keel comprises an inwards-concave hanging plate and two flange hanging plates, the two flange hanging plates are located on the two sides of the inwards-concave hanging plate, a first through hole and a second through hole are formed in the flange hanging plates and the inwards-concave hanging plate respectively, the leveling system is installed on the second through hole, and a photovoltaic device is arranged on the pi-shaped keel. The beneficial effects of the invention are that the node construction mode provided by the invention replaces the traditional gluing and welding connection method, improves the stability, safety and durability between the photovoltaic panel and the building wall, and can be disassembled and replaced in a portable manner.
本发明公开了一种装配式光伏一体化墙板构造及其施工方法,包括若干个系统单元,所述系统单元由竖向支撑、调平系统、π型龙骨、光伏装置与散热装置组成,两组所述竖向支撑上均设有所述π型龙骨,所述π型龙骨包括内凹挂板与两个翼缘挂板,两个所述翼缘挂板位于所述内凹挂板的两侧,所述翼缘挂板与所述内凹挂板两者上分别开设有通孔一与通孔二,所述调平系统安装在所述通孔二上,所述π型龙骨上设有光伏装置。有益效果:本发明提出的节点构造方式,替代了传统打胶、焊接的连接方法,提高了光伏板与建筑墙体之间的稳固、安全及耐久性能,可便携式拆卸与更换。
