Enhanced cement retarder and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an enhanced cement retarder and a preparation method thereof, the enhanced cement retarder comprises the following raw materials by weight percentage: 16-28% of sodium lignin sulfonate, 3-7% of borax, 20-35% of inorganic phosphate, 10-15% of organic phosphonic acid, 5-8% of tartaric acid, and the balance of deionized water, and the total amount is 100%. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, adding deionized water into a reaction kettle with a stirring device; respectively weighing sodium lignin sulfonate, borax, sodium hexametaphosphate, amino trimethylene phosphoric acid and tartaric acid according to a formula ratio by utilizing a weighing device; and then, sequentially adding sodium lignin sulfonate, borax, sodium hexametaphosphate, aminotrimethylene phosphoric acid and tartaric acid into the reaction kettle through a feeder, and uniformly stirring. According to the enhanced cement retarder and the preparation method thereof, the sodium lignosulfonate with salt-resistant and calcium-resistant sulfonate groups is compounded with the inorganic phosphate and the organic phosphonic acid which are stable in structure and resistant tohigh temperature, so that the application temperature range of the cement retarder is expanded.
本发明公开了一种增强型水泥缓凝剂及其制备方法,包括以下按重量百分比计的原料组成:16~28%木质素磺酸钠,3~7%硼砂,20~35%无机磷酸盐,10~15%有机膦酸,5~8%酒石酸,余量为去离子水,总量为100%;其制备方法包括以下步骤:首先,在带有搅拌装置的反应釜中加入去离子水;再利用称量装置分别称取配方量的木质素磺酸钠、硼砂、六偏磷酸钠、氨基三亚甲基磷酸和酒石酸;然后,通过投料器依次向反应釜中加入木质素磺酸钠、硼砂、六偏磷酸钠、氨基三亚甲基磷酸和酒石酸,搅拌均匀即可;本发明的增强型水泥缓凝剂及其制备方法,采用带有抗盐、抗钙的磺酸盐基团的木质素磺酸钠与结构稳定、耐高温的无机磷酸盐和有机膦酸复配使用,扩大了水泥缓凝剂的应用温度范围。
