The invention discloses ardealite-doped slag geopolymer mortar with a low water-binder ratio as well as a preparation method and application of the ardealite-doped slag geopolymer mortar. The low-water-binder-ratio slag geopolymer mortar doped with ardealite is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 30-45% of a binding material; 30%-45% of quartz sand; 10%-20% of an alkali activator; 8%-15% of water; 0.2%-0.5% of a retarder; 0.2%-0.5% of phosphoric acid; the cementing material is a mixture of ardealite, slag and silica fume; the low water-binder ratio is that the mass ratio of water to the binding material is 1: (3-4). The problem that the phosphogypsum is difficult to be used for improving the strength of the low-water-binder-ratio slag geopolymer is solved by utilizing the composite action of the industrial by-product, the environmental pollutant phosphogypsum and the phosphoric acid, the prepared phosphogypsum-doped low-water-binder-ratio slag geopolymer mortar has the coagulation time of 8-15 minutes and the compressive strength of more than or equal to 100 MPa, and the preparation process is simple and easy to operate and is suitable for industrial production. The material has a good application prospect and can be applied to building materials.
本发明公开了一种掺入磷石膏的低水胶比矿渣地聚物砂浆及其制备方法和应用。掺入磷石膏的低水胶比矿渣地聚物砂浆按质量百分比计,由以下组分组成:胶凝材料30%~45%;石英砂30%~45%;碱激发剂10%~20%;水8%~15%;缓凝剂0.2%~0.5%;磷酸0.2%~0.5%;所述胶凝材料为磷石膏、矿渣和硅灰三者的混合物;所述低水胶比为水与胶凝材料的质量比为1:(3~4)。本发明利用工业副产品、环境污染物磷石膏和磷酸的复合作用,解决了磷石膏难以用于提高低水胶比矿渣地聚物强度的问题,制备出的掺入磷石膏的低水胶比矿渣地聚物砂浆凝结时间为8~15min,抗压强度≥100MPa,其制备工艺简单易操作,具有良好的应用前景,能应用于建筑材料中。
