Phosphogypsum-phosphorus slag-based environment-friendly mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses ardealite-phosphorus slag-based environment-friendly mortar and a preparation method thereof, and the mortar is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 25 to 40 parts of ardealite, 25 to 40 parts of phosphorus slag, 10 to 20 parts of micron-sized silicon-aluminum powder, 10 to 20 parts of cement, 40 to 60 parts of water, 150 to 450 parts of aggregate, 0.01 to 0.05 part of starch ether, 0.01 to 0.05 part of bacteriostatic agent, 0.05 to 0.1 part of alkali activator and 0.2 to 1 part of viscosity modifier. The method has the advantages that abundant and cheap solid waste resources such as ardealite and phosphorus slag are utilized; and secondly, the undisturbed phosphogypsum is simply treated at low cost by adopting a circulating heat drying technology, so that a gypsum product with certain gelling performance is obtained. And thirdly, the alkali excitation technology and the sulfate excitation technology cooperate to achieve a better use effect, and a retarder is not needed. And 4, the problem of mortar mildewing caused by organic matter impurities in the phosphogypsum product is solved by simultaneously doping the viscosity modifier and the bacteriostatic agent.
