The invention discloses a formula of a modified immature soil material by using cement and iron tailings, which belongs to the technical field of immature soil and comprises the following raw materials in percentage: 12.1-13.5% of iron tailing sand with reasonable blending amount, 16.1-19.1% of cement with reasonable blending amount and 68.2-69.9% of immature soil with reasonable blending amount. According to the formula of the modified raw soil material using the cement and the iron tailings, the cement is hydrated to generate a large amount of products such as hydrated calcium silicate gel, and the iron tailings and plain soil are well coagulated together by the gel, so that the loose state of a soil body and iron tailing sand is stabilized; meanwhile, excessive gaps among soil particles in the test piece and between the soil particles and the iron tailing sand are filled with the gel, so that the compactness of the test piece is increased, and the external force resistance of the test piece is improved.
