And the content of the cement is 3.2%-3.8%. The cement dosage of the gravel upper base layer, the gravel lower base layer and the gravel subbase layer is reduced, then the operation modes of temperature shrinkage and dry shrinkage reduction are adopted, the stability of the gravel base layers is stabilized through cement, the beneficial effect of being good in shrinkage resistance is achieved, and meanwhile pavement cracking is effectively prevented. The purposes of guaranteeing the quality standard, effectively shortening the construction period and relieving the traffic pressure are achieved, and therefore the purposes of efficiently saving investment cost, saving energy and shortening the construction period are achieved.
