The invention discloses a multi-layer continuous paving construction method for a low-dosage cement stabilized crushed gravel base layer and a pavement structure, and belongs to the technical field of road construction. During layer-by-layer paving, the low-dosage cement stabilized crushed gravel base layer is subjected to rolling construction to form a more optimized skeleton dense embedded stable structure, so that the strength, the stability and the crack resistance of the structure layer are improved, the hardening property of the structure layer is good, the overall strength is high, and meanwhile, the structure layer has relatively high internal friction force and relatively good fatigue resistance; the interlocking extrusion among the coarse aggregates can be effectively increased, so that the shear strength is improved, and the temperature shrinkage resistance is not reduced; meanwhile, under the condition that the gradation of the mixture is the same, the adopted optimal water content and cement consumption are both lower than those of a traditional heavy compaction forming method, the self-shrinkage effect of the material can be effectively reduced, cracks are reduced, and the density and strength are improved.
本发明公开一种低剂量水泥稳定碎砾石基层多层连铺施工方法及路面结构,属于道路施工技术领域;本发明在进行逐层摊铺时,通过对低剂量水泥稳定碎砾石基层进行碾压施工,形成更加优化的骨架密实嵌挤稳定结构,使结构层强度、稳定性、抗裂性能提高,结构层板结性好,整体强度高,同时具有较高的内摩擦力、较好的耐疲劳性能,可有效增加粗集料之间的嵌挤从而提高抗剪强度,且不降低其抗温缩能力;同时在混合料级配相同的情况下,采用的最佳含水量和水泥用量均比传统重型压实成型法低,可有效降低材料的自身收缩作用,减少裂缝,提高密度和强度。
