The invention discloses an anchor clamping type mechanical connector and a precast concrete pile. The mechanical connector comprises a first nut sleeve, a second nut sleeve, a positioning insertion rod, a positioning clamping piece and a locking positioning pin. One end of the first nut sleeve is connected with the positioning insertion rod; an annular clamping groove is formed in the positioning insertion rod; a positioning clamping piece mounting groove is formed in the second nut sleeve, and a positioning clamping piece is arranged in the positioning clamping piece mounting groove; a locking positioning pin is arranged on the second nut sleeve; when the positioning insertion rod is inserted into the second nut sleeve, the locking positioning pin drives the positioning clamping piece to move in the radial direction of the second nut sleeve, so that the positioning clamping piece is clamped into the annular clamping groove to limit and fix the positioning insertion rod and the second nut sleeve. When the anchor clamping type mechanical connector is used for precast concrete connection, it can be guaranteed that the connecting end faces of two sections of precast piles are completely attached without gaps.
