The invention relates to a tower crane foundation located in a foundation pit and a construction method of a retaining wall of the tower crane foundation. The construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, a scheme of the tower crane foundation is determined; 2, preparation work of retaining wall construction before backfilling; thirdly, a template is manufactured; fourthly, steel bars are bound; 5, a formwork is installed; sixthly, concrete pouring is conducted; seventhly, reinforcing steel bars are bound; 8, the formwork is dismantled; and ninthly, the fourth step to the eighth step are repeated, and the construction content of the whole tower crane foundation retaining wall is completed in a segmented mode. Construction is carried out layer by layer according to the segmented height, the effect of backfilling and construction at the same time is achieved, and the requirements for manpower and material resources are reduced.
