The invention provides self-compacting concrete and a preparation method thereof.The self-compacting concrete is prepared from, by weight, 100-300 parts of water, 80-120 parts of cement, 50-87 parts of fly ash, 168-250 parts of recycled coarse aggregate, 220-350 parts of fine aggregate, 1-3 parts of a water reducing agent, 60-85 parts of composite fiber powder, 15-33 parts of an expansion anti-cracking agent and 25-38 parts of a slump retaining agent; according to the preparation method of the self-compacting concrete, provided by the invention, the mechanical property and the self-compacting property of the concrete are effectively enhanced, the shrinkage rate is reduced, and the concrete has relatively good anti-freezing property.
本发明提供一种自密实混凝土及其制备方法,自密实混凝土:包括以下重量份原料:水100‑300份、水泥80‑120份、粉煤灰50‑87份、再生粗骨料168‑250份、细骨料220‑350份、减水剂1‑3份、复合纤维粉末60‑85份、膨胀抗裂剂15‑33份、保坍剂25‑38份,先将骨料混合物进行改性,获得互补孔隙分子结构再与各组分混合,复合纤维粉末具有更优异的补强效果,本发明的自密实混凝土的制备方法,有效增强混凝土的力学性能和自密实性能,收缩率降低,具有较好的抗冻性能。
