The invention relates to the technical field of road surface detection, in particular to a roadbed and road surface flatness measuring device and a using method thereof.The roadbed and road surface flatness measuring device comprises an annular supporting block, a plurality of connecting shafts are annularly and fixedly inserted into the annular supporting block at equal angles, and the two ends of each connecting shaft are fixedly sleeved with connecting bases; a straightness measuring plate is fixed between the bottom surfaces of the two connecting seats, gap measuring units are arranged on the two sides of the straightness measuring plate, each gap measuring unit comprises a cross beam in sliding connection with the corresponding connecting seat, and a plurality of spring telescopic rods are fixedly connected to the inner side of each cross beam at equal intervals. According to the invention, by fixing the position of the straightness measuring plate and rotating the annular supporting block by taking the connecting shaft as the axis, the driving wheel drives the transmission rod to move, so that the cross beam drives the plurality of wedge-shaped filler gauges to move from different positions of the straightness measuring plate to the gap between the straightness measuring plate and the road surface, and the displacement sensor records the moving distance of the wedge-shaped filler gauges; therefore, full-automatic multi-position measurement of the pavement gap value is achieved, and the pavement flatness measurement efficiency is improved.
