A pushing mechanism capable of driving the rack plate to push the anti-floating rod to extend out of the anchor rod body is arranged on the rotating shaft; the rack plate is driven by the pushing mechanism to push the anti-floating rod to extend out of the anchor rod body, so that the anti-floating rod is embedded into a foundation to realize anchoring, and a basement structure has a good anti-floating effect.
