The basement raft post-reinforcement anti-floating anchor rod structure comprises an anchor pipe which is arranged in a vertical pipe shape, and a plurality of grouting holes are evenly distributed in the outer wall of the anchor pipe; the anchor head is arranged at the lower end of the anchor pipe; the multiple layers of spines are arranged, the multiple spines are arranged on each layer at intervals, and the multiple spines horizontally penetrate through the anchor pipe and are connected to the anchor pipe in a sliding mode; and the driving mechanism is used for controlling the spines to slide outwards. The anti-floating anchor rod has the following advantages and effects that the spikes capable of sliding outwards penetrate into a soil layer and are matched with the anchor head to fix the anchor rod, anti-floating nodes can be formed at all positions of the anchor rod, the overall structural strength and anti-floating capacity of the anchor rod are improved, and the stability of a base layer structure is guaranteed.
