The invention relates to a basement raft post-reinforcement anti-floating anchor rod structure and a construction method thereof. The basement raft post-reinforcement anti-floating anchor rod structure comprises an outer pipe; the fastening pieces are arranged on the outer pipe in a penetrating mode, and the fastening pieces are inserted into the holes; the inner pipe is coaxially arranged in the outer pipe in a penetrating manner; one end of each connecting piece is connected to the inner pipe, and the upper end of each connecting piece is connected with the outer pipe and prevents the inner pipe from moving upwards; the lower end of the lowermost outer pipe is closed, and the lower end of the inner pipe abuts against the bottom face of an inner cavity of the outer pipe. The outer pipe is inserted into the hole, the outer pipe and the hole are stably connected through the fastening piece, then the inner pipe is inserted into the outer pipe, the inner pipe and the outer pipe are stably connected through the connecting piece, vertical displacement of the outer pipe is limited through the fastening piece, and upward movement of the inner pipe is limited through the connecting piece. Downward movement of the inner tube is defined with the closed end of the lowermost outer tube.
