Convenient supporting construction method for cover arch frame self-bearing formwork
The invention relates to a convenient support construction method for a cover arch frame self-bearing template, which comprises the following steps of: positioning and mounting a steel arch frame, namely splicing the steel arch frame, measuring and positioning, and welding a guide steel pipe; pouring a concrete foundation; a formwork and a water stop screw rod are welded; pouring concrete; and maintenance treatment. The steel arch frame of the cover arch is used as a supporting system for cover arch concrete construction, the bottom formwork, the steel arch frame, the cover arch concrete layer and the outer formwork are connected into a whole through the water stop screws, a stable supporting system is formed, the effect that one arch frame plays two roles is truly achieved, and compared with existing tunnel formwork supporting cover arch construction, the construction efficiency is greatly improved. The supporting system is used for construction, the construction condition range is widened, the problem that a formwork is difficult to install due to the fact that the traditional construction terrain environment is poor is easily solved, the excavation amount of entering a tunnel is reduced, and the construction concept of early entering and late exiting of the tunnel is met.
本发明涉及一种套拱拱架自承重模板便捷支撑施工方法,包括如下步骤:钢拱架定位安装,钢拱架定位安装又包括钢拱架拼装,测量定位,导向钢管焊接;混凝土基础浇筑;支模及止水螺杆焊接;混凝土浇筑;养护处理。本发明利用套拱自身的钢拱架作为套拱混凝土施工的支撑体系,通过止水螺杆将底模板、钢拱架、套拱混凝土层、外模板连接成一体,形成一个稳定的支撑体系,真正实现一道拱架发挥两种作用,相较于现有的隧道模板支撑套拱施工,大大减少了支撑材料的投入,使用该支撑体系施工,拓宽了施工条件范围,轻松解决传统施工地形环境差导致支模安装难的问题,减少了进洞开挖量,符合隧道“早进晚出”的施工理念。
