The invention discloses a long-distance water supply channel transverse drainage pipe and a using method thereof, and the water supply channel transverse drainage pipe comprises a curve drainage pipe, a geomembrane and a one-way check valve; the one-way check valve is arranged at the tail end of the curve drainage pipe, the geomembrane lining is arranged on the upper surface of the curve drainage pipe, the curve drainage pipe comprises a plurality of sections of water filtering steel pipes, plum-blossom-shaped holes are formed in the upper semi-circumferences of the water filtering steel pipes, and the plum-blossom-shaped holes are lined with polypropylene fiber yarn geotextile, namely the geomembrane, supported by a spiral steel wire framework. The transverse drainage pipe of the long-distance water supply channel is placed on a water seepage layer of the channel through a pipe jacking machine, and seepage water of the channel is collected and discharged to the bottom of the channel through the water filtering steel pipe, so that the effect that the upper-layer pressure of a rigid lining layer of the channel is larger than the lower-layer pressure is achieved, and then the technical effect of guaranteeing channel lining and slope safety is achieved.
