The end of the support is slightly higher than a bottom plate of the erecting device or is located on the same horizontal plane with the bottom plate of the erecting device, it can be ensured that the pile body smoothly moves to the erecting device from the support, a pushing device is arranged in the support and can move the pile body, and a motor is arranged on the upper portion of the platform and provides power for the offshore crane-free pile splicing device.
