The invention discloses a water supply and drainage pipeline groove excavation supporting device which comprises a bottom plate, a supporting column, a connecting column, a top plate, a driving assembly and a supporting assembly, the supporting column is fixedly connected with the bottom plate, the connecting column is slidably connected with the supporting column, the top plate is fixedly connected with the connecting column, the top plate is located at the top end of the connecting column, and the driving assembly is fixedly connected with the bottom plate. The driving assembly is in transmission connection with the top plate, the supporting assembly is in fastening connection with the top plate, fixing cones are arranged on the bottom face of the bottom plate, the fixing cones are distributed on the bottom plate in a rectangular array mode, and first connecting rods are rotated through the arranged supporting assembly and a rotating rod which is rotationally arranged, so that two sets of second connecting rods move in the opposite directions; therefore, the two sets of supporting plates are driven to support the two sides of the groove, the grooves of different sizes can be supported, and operation is easy and fast.
