The invention relates to the technical field of pipeline construction, and provides a water supply and drainage pipeline groove excavation supporting device which comprises a supporting frame, side pressing components on the two sides are driven by a pushing mechanism to move outwards, the side pressing components are attached to the side wall of the groove, first conical rods on the side pressing components are inserted into a soil layer on the side wall of the drainage pipeline groove, and the supporting frame is driven to move outwards; then a transmission mechanism is driven by a motor to drive a sliding plate, the sliding plate carries the upper edge of a movable plate to be lifted to the position above the top edge of the water supply and drainage pipeline groove, and in the process that the transmission mechanism drives the sliding plate to move downwards, a second conical rod on the movable plate is inserted into a soil layer on the top edge of the groove from top to bottom to support excavation of the drainage pipeline groove; compared with the prior art, the supporting stability of the side wall of the groove can be improved in the mode that the groove is supported in different directions through the first conical rod and the second conical rod, and the problem that in the prior art, the supporting stability of lateral supporting of the groove in the single direction is insufficient is solved.
本发明涉及管道施工技术领域,提出了一种给排水管道沟槽的挖掘支撑装置,包括支撑架,本发明中通过推送机构驱使两侧侧压部件向外移动,并使侧压部件贴合于沟槽侧壁上,使侧压部件上的第一锥杆插入排水管道沟槽侧壁土层内,而后通过电机驱使下由传动机构带动滑板,由滑板携带活动板的上沿抬升至给排水管道沟槽顶沿以上,而后传动机构驱使滑板向下移动的过程中,由活动板上的第二锥杆由上至下插入沟槽顶沿土层内,对排水管道沟槽的挖掘进行支撑,相对于现有技术来说,本发明通过第一锥杆与第二锥杆从不同方向上对沟槽进行支撑的方式,能够提高对沟槽侧壁的支撑稳定性,解决了现有技术中单个方向对沟槽侧向支撑的支撑稳定性不足的问题。
