The invention provides a construction method for prefabricating an underground well chamber of an underground pipe network system. The construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, the position of the underground well chamber is determined according to planning of the underground pipe network system; 2, calculating the weight of concrete required by the underground well chamber, and selecting a lifting hook according to the weight of the underground well chamber; thirdly, the underground well chamber is prefabricated; fourthly, the underground well chamber upper vehicle is hoisted; and fifthly, the underground well chamber is hoisted into the foundation pit. On the premise of conditions, the underground well chambers are prefabricated in batches, and the construction period is shortened.
