Method for preparing high-purity high-whiteness calcium sulfate from ardealite
The invention provides a method for preparing high-purity high-whiteness calcium sulfate from ardealite. The method comprises the following steps: mixing alkali, a first interfacial agent and water to obtain a first dispersing agent; mixing and stirring ardealite and water to obtain ardealite slurry; mixing and stirring a first dispersing agent and the phosphogypsum slurry to obtain initial slurry; aging the initial slurry, stirring, and feeding into a first-stage chute for gravity separation to obtain a first-stage impurity-removed product and first-stage slag slurry; mixing an acid, a second surfactant and water to obtain a second dispersant; mixing and stirring the primary impurity removal product and water to obtain primary impurity removal product slurry; mixing and stirring a second dispersing agent and the primary impurity removal product slurry to obtain secondary slurry; and aging the second-stage slurry, stirring, and feeding into a second-stage chute for gravity separation to obtain calcium sulfate and second-stage slag slurry. The method has the advantages of simple process, low cost and high impurity separation efficiency, and can realize comprehensive deep impurity removal of phosphogypsum.
