Treatment method for preventing oxidation of surface of silicon carbide brick
According to the surface anti-oxidation treatment method for the silicon carbide brick, a compact anti-oxidation layer is formed on the surface of the silicon carbide brick, the service life of the silicon carbide brick is prolonged, and the treatment method is simple and low in production cost. The treatment method comprises the following steps: 1, adding 100 parts of silica sol liquid, additionally adding MoSi2 powder and a compound containing potassium ions, adding 0.1-0.3% of a dispersing agent, and uniformly mixing and stirring for 30-40 minutes to obtain a mixed solution; step 2, immersing the sintered silicon carbide brick into the mixed solution obtained in the step 1, and uniformly coating the surface of the silicon carbide brick with a thin film layer by adopting an immersing method; and step 3, or putting the silicon carbide product into a closed container, vacuumizing, injecting into the mixed solution obtained in the step 1, and deeply dipping, so that the surface of the silicon carbide brick is uniformly coated with a thin film layer.
本发明涉及一种碳化硅砖表面防氧化的处理方法,在碳化硅砖表面上形成了一层致密的防氧化层,增加了碳化硅砖的使用寿命,本处理方法简单,生产成本较低。处理方法为:步骤一、加入100份的硅溶胶液体,外加MoSi2粉,含钾离子的化合物,加入分散剂0.1‑0.3%,混合搅拌均匀30‑40分钟,得到混合液;步骤二、将烧成后碳化硅砖中浸入到步骤一得到的混合液中,采用浸渍的方法,使碳化硅砖表面均匀地涂上一层薄膜层;步骤三、或者将碳化硅制品放到一个密闭容器里,抽真空后注入步骤一得到的混合液中,深度浸渍,使碳化硅砖表面均匀地涂上一层薄膜层。
