Structure for widening concrete box girder bridge by using UHPC inclined struts and construction method
The invention provides a structure for widening a concrete box girder bridge by using UHPC inclined struts and a construction method. The system comprises a box girder external UHPC inclined strut structure, a box girder internal rigidity reinforcing structure, a cast-in-place bridge deck slab and a connecting structure of the cast-in-place bridge deck slab and an original box girder. The cast-in-place bridge deck structure is supported by the external UHPC inclined struts of the box girders, and the cast-in-place bridge deck slab and the original concrete box girders are connected through shear notches and studs; meanwhile, a rigidity reinforcing structure is additionally arranged in the box girder. The method has the advantages of being simple in construction and small in dead weight increase, and the problems that in an existing bridge widening technology, construction is complex, and the dead weight increase of the widened structure is too large are solved.
本发明提出了一种利用UHPC斜撑拓宽混凝土箱梁桥构造及施工方法,该系统包括箱梁外置UHPC斜撑构造、箱梁内置刚度补强构造、现浇桥面板及其与原箱梁的连接构造。本发明利用箱梁外置UHPC斜撑支撑现浇桥面结构,现浇桥面板和原混凝土箱梁通过剪力槽口和栓钉进行连接;同时,在箱梁内部增设刚度补强构造。本发明具有施工简单、自重增加小的优势,解决了现有桥梁扩宽技术中存在的施工复杂、拓宽后结构自重增加过大的问题。
