An adjustable pile foundation girdling control support comprises a rail and a moving assembly connected to the rail in a sliding mode, a cutting assembly synchronously moving with the moving assembly is installed on the moving assembly, the moving assembly comprises an installation base connected to the rail in a sleeving mode, and the cutting assembly is installed on the installation base; a sliding groove used for moving the cutting assembly is formed in the mounting base, and the arrangement direction of the sliding groove and the moving direction of the moving assembly are arranged in a crossed mode. Compared with the prior art, through the arrangement of the rail and the moving assembly and the cutting assembly which are connected to the rail in a sliding mode, when the pile head of the pile foundation is cut, the rail is connected to the pile foundation in a sleeving mode, the corresponding height needed by the rail is adjusted under the effect of the support, the rail is supported under the effect of the support, and in the process, the pile head is cut through the moving assembly and the cutting assembly. The track and the support do not make contact with the pile foundation, and when the cutting assembly and the moving assembly are matched to achieve cutting work on the pile head of the pile foundation, vibration generated by the cutting assembly cannot affect the pile foundation.
