The invention relates to an active electric heating deicing control system and method for a bridge. The invention relates to the technical field of bridge snow melting and deicing. The bridge snow melting and deicing system comprises a bridge floor sensing module, a control system module and a heating module. According to the deicing control system, the temperature and weather information (rain and snow conditions and air temperature and humidity) of each structural layer of the bridge floor can be monitored in real time through the bridge floor sensing module, a logic program is compiled and written into the control system module according to the collected data information, and starting and stopping of the heating module can be automatically controlled. According to the deicing control system, through the touch display screen, the collected bridge floor temperature and humidity data can be observed at any time, a logic program can be manually adjusted in real time, and when the logic program does not work or encounters special weather, the heating module can be started through the manual switch.
