The invention belongs to the technical field of water-saving irrigation, and discloses a water-saving irrigation motor-pumped well depth control device which comprises a motor-pumped well dug in a soil layer and a collecting and releasing assembly, a concrete protective layer is poured on the inner wall of the motor-pumped well, a liftable bottom plate is arranged in the motor-pumped well, a filter plate is detachably arranged on the lower end face of the bottom plate, and the filter plate is arranged on the lower end face of the motor-pumped well. The number of the winding and unwinding assemblies is at least two, each winding and unwinding assembly comprises an unwinding part and a rope body, one end of each rope body is connected with the bottom plate, and the other end of each rope body is fixed to the corresponding unwinding part. When the well depth is adjusted and controlled according to use requirements, the motor can be started, the output end of the motor is used for driving the winding roller to rotate, and then the winding roller is used for winding and unwinding the steel cable, so that ascending or descending of the bottom plate is achieved, traditional matched ascending and descending of a lead screw, a gear and the like are abandoned, cost input is greatly reduced, and the defect that the length of the lead screw is limited is overcome; and the whole well depth adjusting and controlling operation is more convenient and faster.
