The invention belongs to the technical field of motor-pumped well washing equipment, and discloses a water-saving irrigation motor-pumped well washing device which comprises a high-pressure air pipe and a casing pipe which are coaxially assembled from inside to outside, the high-pressure air pipe penetrates through the top of the casing pipe, one end of the high-pressure air pipe is connected with an air compressor, a mud discharging pipe is fixed to one side of the casing pipe in a penetrating mode, and the other end of the mud discharging pipe is connected with a water pump. A well wall cleaning mechanism is rotationally arranged outside the casing pipe in a sleeving mode and comprises a rotating frame and a plurality of scrapers arranged on the outer side of the rotating frame. The well wall cleaning mechanism is arranged, when the casing pipe and the high-pressure air pipe are arranged in the motor-pumped well, the scrapers on the well wall cleaning mechanism scrape water scale and silt on the well wall, and the scraped water scale and silt sink to the well bottom due to gravity, then are pressed into the mud discharging pipe along with water flow through the gap between the casing pipe and the high-pressure air pipe and then are discharged; therefore, cleaning of the well wall is achieved.
