Provided is a barrier-free motor-pumped well. A mouth of the well is 30-40 cm below the ground, a cement cover plate is arranged on the mouth of the well, a deep well pump is arranged on the bottom of the well and is connected with a plastic rigid pipe which extends out of the mouth of the well, the plastic rigid pipe out of the mouth of the well is connected with a movable connector, and the other end of the movable connector is connected with a water outlet hose. The design scheme that the mouth of the well is arranged underground is adopted, when farming and harvesting are carried out, the mouth of the well can be covered with soil, and working of large machines in fields cannot be influenced completely.
