Efficient mist collector and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an efficient mist collector and a preparation method thereof. The efficient mist collector comprises a cooling fin, and a conveying groove is formed in one surface of the cooling fin; each cooling fin comprises mist collecting structure units, the mist collecting structure units are in arc transition connection through connecting arcs, each mist collecting structure unit comprises thorns and a trapezoidal connecting part, and a plurality of thorns which are evenly spaced are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of each trapezoidal connecting part. The tips of the thorns are hydrophobic, and the tail ends are hydrophilic; and the included angle between the thorn and the transportation groove is 30-90 degrees. The preparation method comprises the following steps: spin-coating a PDMS graphene suspension on the surface of a copper sheet, and curing to obtain a copper-graphene PDMS composite layer; cutting and cleaning to obtain the radiating fin with thorns and transportation grooves on the surface; and carrying out hydrophobic treatment and hydrophilic treatment. The mist catching performance and the water transportation performance are obviously improved, the mist collecting efficiency is improved by 300%, the transportation speed is improved by about 2.8 times, liquid drop blockage is avoided, and efficient mist catching, rapid water transportation and condensation acceleration are achieved.
本发明公开了一种高效集雾器及其制备方法,高效集雾器包括散热片,散热片的其中一个表面上设置运输凹槽;散热片包括集雾结构单元,集雾结构单元之间通过连接弧圆弧过渡连接,集雾结构单元包括刺棘和梯形连接部,梯形连接部的两侧对称设置若干均匀间隔的刺棘;刺棘的尖端疏水,尾端亲水;刺棘与运输凹槽的夹角为30~90°。其制备方法包括以下步骤:将PDMS石墨烯悬浊液旋涂到铜片表面,固化得到铜‑石墨烯PDMS复合层;切割清洗,得到表面有刺棘和运输凹槽的散热片;进行疏水处理和亲水处理。本发明的捕雾性能和水运输性能都明显提高,集雾效率提升了300%,运输速度提升了约2.8倍,不会发生液滴堵塞,实现高效捕雾、快速输水、加速冷凝。
