The pouring equipment comprises a material box, a discharging mechanism and an energy-saving mechanism, and a swing valve pipe arranged in the material box is driven by a power mechanism to swing and enables the material box to rotate intermittently at the same time; the discharging mechanism comprises a first plug pipe and a second plug pipe, the two sides of the first plug pipe are constructed into a first liquid pipe bin and a first material pipe bin communicated with the material box through a first piston, the two sides of the second plug pipe are constructed into a second liquid pipe bin and a second material pipe bin communicated with the material box through a second piston, and a first cleaning cavity is constructed in the first piston; the energy-saving mechanism comprises a water purifying tank and a waste water tank, the water purifying tank supplies water to the first liquid pipe bin and the second liquid pipe bin alternately, water in the first liquid pipe bin and the second liquid pipe bin washes the corresponding first cleaning cavity and the second cleaning cavity respectively, and waste water obtained after washout is recycled through the filtering assembly. And the purified water tank and the waste water tank are connected through a water return pipe. The pouring efficiency is improved while the utilization rate of water resources is increased.
本发明公开了一种浇筑设备,包括料箱、排料机构以及节能机构,料箱内设置的摆动阀管通过动力机构驱动摆动的同时使料箱间歇性的旋转;排料机构包括第一塞管和第二塞管,第一活塞将第一塞管的两侧构造成第一液管仓以及与料箱连通的第一料管仓,第二活塞将第二塞管的两侧构造成第二液管仓以及与料箱连通的第二料管仓,第一活塞内构造成第一清洁腔,第二活塞内构造成第二清洁腔,节能机构包括净水箱和废水箱,净水箱为第一液管仓和第二液管仓交替供水,第一液管仓和第二液管仓中的水分别冲刷对应的第一清洁腔和第二清洁腔,冲刷后的废水经过滤组件得以重复利用,净水箱和废水箱之间通过回水管连接,本发明提高了水资源的利用率的同时提高浇筑效率。
