Comprising the steps of base layer cleaning and paying-off; fixing steel clamps are installed and coated with binders, U-shaped steel clamping pieces are fixed to the structural wall or the structural column, and the binders are fully coated on the side edges of the base layer and the wall plate; mounting a first layer of battens; a second layer of battens is installed, the installation method is the same as that of the first layer of battens, the positions, where adjacent battens are installed, of the double-layer battens should be staggered by at least 200 mm, and air layer batten seams are subjected to quincunx point bonding through the adhesive; board joint treatment, wherein follow-up battens are sequentially installed according to the installation method of the first board; after the battens are installed, cement putty is scraped at the joints of the battens, gridding cloth is pasted, the battens are compacted and firmly bonded, and then the surfaces of the battens are scraped to be flat through the cement putty. Compared with a current traditional and disordered hollow batten construction method, the batten installation method is easy and convenient to construct and easy to operate, and the progress and quality of on-site installation of the single-layer concrete hollow batten can be greatly improved.
本发明一种双层空心条板的安装方法。包括基层清理及放线；安装固定钢卡及涂粘结剂，在结构墙或结构柱上固定U型钢卡件，基层及墙板侧边满涂粘结剂；安装第一层条板；安装第二层条板，安装方法同第一层条板，双层条板的安装相邻板缝的位置应错开至少200mm，空气层板缝间用胶黏剂梅花形点粘；板缝处理，按照第一块板的安装方法依次安装后续条板；条板安装后，条板接缝处刮水泥腻子，贴网格布，压实、粘牢，表面再用水泥腻子刮平。与当前传统、杂乱的空心条板的施工方法相比，本发明所提出的条板安装方法施工简便，易于操作，可大大提高单层混凝土空心条板现场安装的进度和质量。
