The invention relates to an installation method of a single-layer hollow batten. Comprising the following steps: 1, cleaning a base layer and paying off; step 2, mounting and fixing a steel clamp and coating a binder, fixing a U-shaped steel clamp piece on the structural wall or column, and fully coating the binder on the base layer and the side edge of the wallboard; 3, a first batten is installed; 4, other battens are installed, plate joints are processed, and follow-up battens are sequentially installed according to the installation method of the first batten; after the battens are installed, cement putty is scraped at the joints of the battens, gridding cloth is pasted, the battens are compacted and firmly bonded, and then the surfaces of the battens are scraped to be flat through the cement putty. Compared with a current traditional and disordered hollow batten construction method, the batten installation method is easy and convenient to construct and easy to operate, and the progress and quality of on-site installation of the single-layer concrete hollow batten can be greatly improved.
本发明是一种单层空心条板的安装方法；包括步骤1、基层清理及放线；步骤2、安装固定钢卡及涂粘结剂，在结构墙或柱上固定U型钢卡件，基层及墙板侧边满涂粘结剂；步骤3、安装第一块条板；步骤4、安装其余条板及板缝处理，按照第一块板的安装方法依次安装后续条板；条板安装后，条板接缝处刮水泥腻子，贴网格布，压实、粘牢，表面再用水泥腻子刮平。与当前传统、杂乱的空心条板的施工方法相比，本发明所提出的条板安装方法施工简便，易于操作，可大大提高单层混凝土空心条板现场安装的进度和质量。
