And the PVC pipe is used as a sprue gate for pouring concrete into the top plate post-cast strip to form the top plate post-cast strip. After the concrete slab structure which is prefabricated and formed in advance is adopted, sealing construction is conducted on the top plate post-cast strip in advance, follow-up construction of the top plate post-cast strip is achieved by reserving the through PVC pipe, and formwork removal of the concrete slab covering the top plate post-cast strip is not needed; and after construction projects such as basement roof backfilling, outdoor pipe network, road and landscape greening are completed in advance, pouring construction of the roof post-pouring belt is achieved.
