The invention provides a gel casting method of a high-performance silicon carbide/carbon black ceramic biscuit. The gel casting method comprises the following steps: dissolving hydantoin epoxy resin and a dispersing agent in deionized water to obtain a premixed solution; uniformly mixing the premixed liquid with carbon black, silicon carbide powder, a curing agent and a defoaming agent to obtain ceramic slurry; and carrying out vacuum bubble removal, injection molding curing, drying and the like. According to the technical scheme, the problems that an existing silicon carbide/carbon black slurry system is large in viscosity and low in biscuit strength are solved, and the prepared silicon carbide ceramic biscuit is large in strength and high in density and has enough strength to bear machining; the method is suitable for reactive sintering preparation of large-size complex-structure silicon carbide ceramic structural members such as silicon carbide space reflectors and silicon carbide square mirrors for photoetching machines.
本发明提供了一种高性能碳化硅/炭黑陶瓷素坯的凝胶注模成型方法,包括将海因环氧树脂、分散剂溶解在去离子水中得到预混液;将预混液和炭黑、碳化硅粉体、固化剂、消泡剂混合均匀得到陶瓷浆料;真空除气泡,注模固化,干燥等过程。本发明的技术方案解决了目前碳化硅/炭黑浆料体系粘度大、素坯强度低的问题,制备的碳化硅陶瓷素坯强度大,致密度高并具有足够强度承受机加工,适用于反应烧结制备碳化硅空间反射镜和光刻机用碳化硅方镜等大尺寸复杂结构碳化硅陶瓷结构件。
