Preparation method of zirconium carbide ceramic biscuit based on gel casting
The invention belongs to the technical field of ceramic forming, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a zirconium carbide ceramic biscuit based on gel casting. Aiming at the technical problem that zirconium carbide is high in density and is easy to settle and difficult to disperse during slurry preparation, the invention provides the preparation method of the zirconium carbide ceramic biscuit based on gel casting, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing a monomer, a cross-linking agent, a plasticizer, a dispersing agent and deionized water to obtain a premixed solution; (2) uniformly mixing the premixed liquid and zirconium carbide powder to obtain ceramic slurry; (3) adding a catalyst and an initiator while performing double-shaft centrifugal defoaming on the obtained ceramic slurry under a vacuum condition, and mixing to obtain defoamed slurry; (4) pouring the obtained defoamed slurry into a silica gel mold, curing the silica gel mold in a constant-temperature oven, and demolding to obtain a ceramic wet blank; and (5) drying the obtained ceramic wet blank to constant weight to obtain the zirconium carbide ceramic biscuit. The prepared ceramic biscuit is uniform in structure and excellent in mechanical property, and the performance requirement of machining can be met.
本发明属于陶瓷成型技术领域,具体涉及一种基于凝胶注模成型的碳化锆陶瓷素坯制备方法。针对碳化锆的密度较大配制浆料时容易沉降分散困难的技术问题,本发明提供了一种基于凝胶注模成型的碳化锆陶瓷素坯的制备方法,包括:(1)将单体、交联剂、增塑剂、分散剂和去离子水进行混合,得到预混液;(2)将预混液和碳化锆粉体混合均匀,得到陶瓷浆料;(3)将所得陶瓷浆料在真空条件下进行双轴离心脱泡的同时加入催化剂和引发剂并混合,得到脱泡浆料;(4)将所得脱泡浆料浇注入硅胶模具中,先置于恒温烘箱中固化,再经脱模,得到陶瓷湿坯;(5)将所得陶瓷湿坯进行干燥至恒重,得到所述碳化锆陶瓷素坯。本发明制备得到结构均匀且具有优良力学性能的陶瓷素坯,可以满足机加工的性能要求。
