The invention discloses a construction method for synchronous and rapid excavation of a large-area ultra-deep foundation pit in a complex environment, an original supporting structure form of angle braces and inclined throwing braces of the foundation pit is optimized into a supporting structure form of arc braces, opposite braces and trestles, and on the premise that it is determined that the project construction period is short and the foundation pit needs synchronous and rapid excavation construction, the supporting structure form of the arc braces, the opposite braces and the trestles is provided for safety of the foundation pit. A foundation pit support type is modified into an arc support and diagonal support form, an unearthed trestle and a reinforcing steel bar processing field in the east-west direction are additionally arranged in a foundation pit, a foundation pit 2-B area, a foundation pit 2-Aa area and a foundation pit 2-Ac area are synchronously excavated in sequence, and an island type excavation mode is adopted, so that the support form can be rapidly formed; and in the supporting construction and maintenance process, the center island is unearthed continuously, foundation pit supporting is effectively strengthened, and the foundation pit safety problem of synchronous excavation of the foundation pit is effectively solved.
